Green Smoothie| Deliciousness

Whether its part of your weight loss regimen, a means of staying healthy, an easy meal alternative, an energy booster or just a part of your lifestyle; this green smoothie will satiate your thirst and hunger and eliminate your desire for sweets.

After a weekend filled with more brownies than I want to want to willingly claim, I had to reboot my Monday morning- it worked great and I’m sure you will love it too!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups spinach
– 1/2 cup kale
– 1 cup coconut water
– 1/2 banana
– 2 cups frozen mango
– juice of 1 orange
– 1 cup frozen pineapple
– dash of lime juice
* I added plain water as necessary to help in the blending process.
